Hi, I wanted to cancel my flight by Vueling airlines (I bought the oinsurence to have such chanse) but I couldn't do it online (artificial intelligence wouldn't let me). So I went to airport BCN Barcelona in Spain to cancel my ticket personally. It took me some time to find their office. It is in the end of the level with departures. There is a container totally closed and looking like beeing in renovation. But there was the small shadow of a light inside. At this kind of office I met unother passenger - a man from Columbia, who had a claim that Vueling airlines had lost his big suitcase. We started to call persons who seemed to be inside. Even two airport guard/borderline security soldiers came and told the persons beeing inside to come out. They appeared in suits like dress code/uniforms of clarks. The woman said she can not help us and I,ve only gotten from her the small piece of paper with a contact to Vueling. I can not do anything with this two telephone numbers. There is no contact with them, also in web site or email (they are as noreply).
