18Citi bank bought Barclays credit card operation. They shut my card off including the auto pays. They say I won’t get their card for at least 6 weeks. Of course my card is in the rears. They sicked this debt collector on me and they want interest. It is fraud IMO. I’m small potatoes but I’m thinking there are thousands of us small potatoes. Something must be done.

Caller claimed they were represent a service financing company for our HVAC loan. Sounds like the financing company was hacked since they wanted to verify information when I already told them the bill was paid. They continued to call so I blocked the number. After researching, I realized this is a scam. I am in cybersecurity and this is just another reason the government needs to regulate and provide clear requirements on private organizations protecting their customers by implementing proper cybersecurity processes tied to National Institute Standards Technology (NIST).

This number has called me consistently for months now. I blocked the number so it doesn't ring, but the calls show up on my list everyday. I tried to call the number to get it stopped, but the automated prompts want an account number or something to identify me. I just want the calls to stop. ?
