Received call and a text saying they were Cigna and wanted to get authorization on an upcoming visit. Cigna doesn’t do this and my billing is through a third party so this is a total scam. So not talk or respond to them.

Been calling at least 3 times a day. A recorded voice said it was about a medical appointment, but kept forwarding and ringing and then it just went silent. Probably a robocaller.
