Factor Energia subcontrata los servicios comerciales, no llamaria nunca directamente. El descuento ofrecido no es el mejor que ofrecen.
Son unos ESTAFADORES. Se hacen pasar por los distribuidores de la luz de mi piso, en este caso Naturgy y no es cierto. Pretenden hacer una oferta y te piden los datos bancarios. Si son Naturgy, ¿para que me piden mis datos bancarios, porque ellos ya los tienen? No les hagan caso por muchas milongas que les cuenten. Llaman todos los día y varias veces al día. Lo dicho son ESTAFADORES/LADRONES.
