Bendigo Bank Scam. SMS received asking for customer service rating for recent contact. Suspician arose when message opened with having been lovely to see me - in branch. Our local branch closed years ago. My last contact in person was a couple of months ago in our nearest large regional town about 100kms away. Also not under happy circumstances, and they certainly would not have opened with "lovely to see you" considering I was there to report the death of my husband . If it had been a genuine Bendigo Bank message they would have received a 0 ranking from me under these circumstances. The real Bendigo Bank was far more sensative. I always do a quick internet search for unknown to me and/or suspicious numbers. That lead me here. The number now has been reported to and blocked by my network provider.
