Varios usuarios informan que se hacen pasar por servicios de atención al cliente de empresas de paquetería y transporte (FedEx, DHL, MRW, SEUR, Renfe) y también por asistencia de AXA. Según los comentarios, retienen la llamada, solicitan datos personales y la llamada tiene tarificación especial, provocando cargos elevados.   • Me dieron dicho número desde atención al cliente de Renfe, tras varias veces de retener la llamada y pedir nuestros datos, al final nos dimos cuenta de que no era normal, la llamada duró más de 10 minutos y tuvo un coste de más de 22€. Sirva de denuncia.
