Block a number manually on iPhone

  1. Open the Phone app and go to Recents.
  2. Tap the information icon (i) next to the number you want to block.
  3. Scroll down and choose Block this Caller.
  4. Confirm by tapping Block Contact.

To manage blocked numbers: Settings → Phone → Blocked Contacts.

Limitation: iOS only lets you block numbers one by one. That is why we recommend NoCall, which blocks thousands of numbers automatically using the CallKit extension on iOS.

Block a number manually on Android

  1. Open Google's Phone app or your manufacturer's dialer.
  2. Open Call history.
  3. Long-press the number you want to block.
  4. Choose Block number or Add to blacklist.

On Samsung: enable protection under Phone → Settings → Caller ID and spam protection.
