9Reclaman una deuda x mi parte con una empresa con la que jamás he hecho nada. (Cofidis) Por mail he pedido documentos y dando plazos generosos y nunca hay respuesta o me remiten a otros departamentos. Cuando deje de responder sus mails dando por zanjado este tema y así transmitirlo por escrito, empezaron a llamar 1 vez cada 7-8 días. He tenido, por otros asuntos, activar mi buzón de voz, y ahora me llaman todos los días. Se ve que su sistema "piensa" que mi linea está activa o que yo misma contesto...en fin...quien reclama dinero tiene la carga de presentar documentación, no es al revés.
