Mala atención al cliente. A ellos no les importa el por qué de cuando vas a pagar una deuda siempre y cuando entre en el periodo mensual que corresponde, ya una vez vencido el día que ellos mandan a cobrar el préstamo. Y, en vez de llamar tanto, podrían solucionar la petición de un cliente como el cambio de domiciliación. En vez, de querer seguir cobrándose en una cuenta sin uso y a 0€ para así generar intereses de devolución. Sinceramente, mala experiencia con B. Y KRUK España .
