7Llamaron al fijo. Dijeron ser del BBVA y buscaban a un familiar con nombre completo. Pedían que les llamara a un número que me dieron y me pidieron un teléfono más directo de la persona que buscaban. Llamaron a las 8:15, que depende de a quién o dónde se llame es mala hora. Viendo lo que cuentan aquí, que vuelvan a llamar ellos.
Son ESCO EXPANSIÓN, cobradores del BBVA sobre todo y otras entidades. Les encargan el recobro de deudas que están vencidas o son de difícil cobro. También compran paquetes grandes de deudas por un precio mínimo y después ellos intentan convencerte de que pagues algo que saben que nunca llegarían a cobrar si fuesen por vía judicial porque casi siempre están prescritas. Nunca confirmar nada ni reconocer nada por teléfono. Graban las llamadas y en el momento en el que tú reconozcas la deuda el tiempo de prescripción se para y podrían ir por la vía judicial. Ni caso y a dejar que pasen los años, si realmente hay motivo para cobrarla que lo hagan por la vía judicial.

Me quieren encasquetar 143 euros que debo a BBVA cuando nunca he tenido cuenta con ellos . Cuenta de empresa era de Caixa Catalunya cuando paso a ser de bbva ya hacía 4 años que la 2mpresa estaba inactiva y la cuenta también en estambai .no reconozco ninguna deuda con ellos ya les he aclarado todo y siguen insistiendo has 8 llamadas al día de distintos números
