“It's Virgin Media. I ordered an £8 data SIM card for my dongle yesterday. First time I've used the company. Said I didn't want to receive and marketing, sales or other types of calls. Less than 24 hours later, I get an automated call asking for feedback. Might go back to getting my holiday SIM from 3 next year!”

“Athough called approx 3or 4 pr day for about 2 weeks now, they still ring. No idea who they are, so annoyed they continue to attempt to call. I did try to call the number to find out who it was, but received the message that the number had been blocked. Received another call today and saw a message (presumably my service provider whether I wanted to leave a message to the caller. NO ! I don't want to engage with them I just want the scum to stop harassing myself & others. Personally a 9 rating is too low = 10”
