Said he was Scottish Power I asked for the account number it was wrong and I told him it was wrong and he hung up.

States they are from British Gas when questioned further it becomes apparent they are not. I then proceed to end the call. The man in question then calls back. This is a scam call.

This number has called several times saying they are from british gas accounts, I told an asian sounding guy I wasn'twith British gas so he kept asking who my supplier wa, I told him I wasn't prepared to give him that information and hung up. I had already checked this number and contacted my supplier(British gas lite) who assured me my account is an online product and under no circumstances would they phone me.
