They have phoned me but all I get is silence, but I'm guessing they are a so called hearing claims company, which I do not need and am getting very irritated by.

I am on the telephone preference service but this number keeps calling me despite that and then a dead line. It is tempting to allow them to process a non-existent claim and thereby waste their time and money but I can't be bothered this time and will block their number instead.
