Called asking to speak to the person who looks after our energy account. When explained they weren't in the office and he should send any information that's relevant via email, he then asked for the email address which I didn't want to give to him if he didn't already have it. He started to get really aggressive, asking if there's some kind of problem as to why he can't get a simple email address and kept interrupting me. I asked if we already have an account with you, you can send it to the associated address and then he hung up abruptly. Rude and pushy
