Lloyds scam message about attempted charge

Said I have a refund waiting

This was an unidentified call to our XD land line number, and was a pre-recorded call by a woman with a professional English accent, proffering PPI claim services. The message has been recorded on our security system, and compared to other pre-recorded calls from different numbers. The voice characteristics match. We have reported this to Ofcom, who issued a batch of numbers including this to a telecoms provider run by an Asian businessman in London. The company is known by various names, including Cheers, Cheers International, and others.

Said "I had outstanding claim on loans". Expect it to another PPI scam.
