Recorded message from British Gs asking me to give feedback on recent call (from 03332029470-previously reported) on likelihood of recommending their service on a scale of 1 to 10. As their message started during my outgoing message, the first part of the recoding was missed

British Gas. Engineer visit this morning to repair a fault on central heating. Customer satisfaction survey call a couple of hours later. Robo call. Just gave marks out of 10 by pressing button on phone. Happens every time an engineer turns up to do some work or routine maintenance

Immediately after call with British gas reporting a fault so having read comments here, that seems likely. We have BT call guard and they chose not to leave a message. Rated 9 for the latter reason as I don't actually know who they were and had not requested a call.
