Phoned twice now, not answered call but looking on here people sayings it’s British Gas but further on down some saying they doubt it is BG. Just be wary if they ring again will answer and see what they say and report it on here.

Call to my landline about 09:35 on Tuesday 16 May 23 and unable to answer. Recorded message from British Gs asking me to give feedback on recent call (from 03332029470-previously reported) on likelihood of recommending their service on a scale of 1 to 10. As their message started during my outgoing message, the first part of the recoding was missed.

British Gas. Engineer visit this morning to repair a fault on central heating. Customer satisfaction survey call a couple of hours later. Robo call. Just gave marks out of 10 by pressing button on phone. Happens every time an engineer turns up to do some work or routine maintenance.

Immediately after call with British gas reporting a fault so having read comments here, that seems likely. We have BT call guard and they chose not to leave a message. Rated 9 for the latter reason as I don't actually know who they were and had not requested a call. .

Call from British Gas following boiler service. All automated but authentic. Time lag between answering and voice gives impression of no caller, but it is OK.

From other respondents this looks like it may be from British Gas. Had an engineer today to fix a CH fault, assume this was a post visit automated survey but as we have a True Call system the call would have been filtered out.

Probable robocaller as clicked off when a/m kicked in. Doubt it is Br Gas as they know not to do that as I'm registered with them as hard of hearing and only answer when I can hear who it is.
