Explained I dealt with accounts and ask what it was regarding, couldn't speak to me as not director, advised to send a letter, wow not impressed at my suggestion...as I pointed out anything to do with HMRC they will contact us directly. She hung up on me...

She told me she will call back on Monday. I told her I would not put her through to the director on Monday and asked her to take our company off the database.
