An male idiot called me to follow up on a brochure I had ordered. I told him I previously did arrange for a home visit and these planks cancelled it at 2 hours notice citing a broken down car. I told him that this was a lame excuse - hadn’t they heard of car hire? He kept saying “ we can foretell a breakdown” repeatedly! I said listen buster, I’m not saying you need to forecast a broken down car what I’m saying is once it was realised a car HAD broken down why on earth (if customer service is THAT important) did the bloke not hire a car? He was so thick he could not seem to understand my point - I told him to Fu*k Off

Also requested brochure from Kitchen Magic as was very interested in their product. Been receiving calls 3-4 times a day, every day for months. I'll be blocking the number now. After such aggressive follow-up, I have no intention of using the company!!
