This company called asking for my son who doesn’t even live with me?! How they got my number goodness knows. it was an automated message requesting that I press 1 if I was my son and 2 if not. I hung up. On checking my landline I see that this company had called me about half a dozen times over the past two or three weeks obviously whilst was out. I have now blocked any more calls.

Called today automated so I hung up. I put an insurance policy on hold for a month They Still took my monthly payment. They cancelled my policy after 3 weeks. So I figure cars owe me some money tbf Sold to this crowd of cretins

Called my work phone number multiple times while I was on another call. Went to voicemail. Upon listening to said voicemail, it was an automated message from CARS for 'Countess of London'?! What a joke!

Trying to collect for a cancellation fee on an insurance company. Complete jokers. Just ignore/block them. They will never follow through with any threats - they just rely on intimidating people into payment. They will even offer you discounts - a clear sign they know they're not entitled to any money.

It is probably scam. Got the same experience as callers below. The caller named Steven was unable to tell me what the company does what they want from me, just wanted my address and DOB... When I refused to deal with them I was told that I would receive a letter from them. Nothing arrived yet. It is scam!

Random call saying I owed £1000's and needed to verify my personal details with them before proceeding. obviously didn't (and my credit rating is 999 so clearly I don't owe 1000's) Absolute wasters. BEWARE!!!! ALSO had my full name which I was surprised about which could give people a false sense of security. BEWARE!!!

Answered call asked if I was Mrs .... responded yes and asked if I had an road traffic accident in past three years. Told them no and they hung up. Called number back and CARS answered they are denying it's them

I've had so many missed calls of these people then they send me a message which came up just a number and asked if they "can call me later"! Well I thought it was someone trying to get sexual with me until I put the number in here and seen,realised these ejits had text me twice of different numbers!!! The other text actually came up as CARS and was asking me to call them urgently!!! ,not after reading these comments!!

Received automated call and when transferred to "agent" was asked to verify post code and address. I asked them why they were calling and was told "have to verify security or we can't speak to you". As I have never heard of CARS and don't know any legitimate reason they would call me, I hung up on them. Seems like a 'phishing scam of some sort to obtain further personal data, when only in possession of a cell phone number and name.

Fake debt collection company, they get your number after applying for a loan then ring and ask name address and dob I gave them made up details and they said I owed 1500 pounds and that if I paid them a one off payment they would not send bailiffs to my house I invited them to come then told them I gave them faulse details and I would be reporting there call to the police abd trading standards at which point they hung up

Asks you for your address and says you are in debt but ifd you pay CARS a one off payment then they won't send bailiffs etc. Money goes straight into their pocket because you were never in debt in the first place. I have had a serious of texts, calls, automated voice messages - never received a letter and they never tell you what it's about.
