Basingstoke hospital regarding an appointment

Anonymous
18 Jan 2023

I had a missed call from this number on 06/01/2023 and on ringing back got a message that it was Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and was then cut off. The caller did not leave a message and did not call again. Since there was no reason for me to be receiving a call from them I rang them on the general contact number and, after some investigation, their Customer Care Team confirmed that they had not actually called me. They suspect that criminals are spoofing their number when making scam calls.
