You'll get a phone call from this landline number who says they're from Tesco bank. They'll then have a very believable story & run through stuff asking to confirm digits in your postcode only. Then tell you about some transactions & that they're going to send text messages from 07897072962 for you to confirm the passcode to cancel the transaction. One of which they'll say they need you to reply "Y" so that they can let the transaction go through for them to be able to obtain the IP address & send it to the police. At this point, I asked for a reference number & called Tesco Banking back to have them confirm it was not them ringing me.

Comes up as Natwest fraud department, it isn't. They will say they've noticed an unusual transaction and then send you a pin to cancel it,which you need to read back to them. This pin connects their apple/android/google pay to your bank account so they can empty it. Natwest do not call you from a visible number, only a private one. Natwest never ask for your card details. Don't fall for it.
