My landlord (Epic) had me fill out a questionnaire regarding the upkeep and maintenance of the property. Which I did. Since then, I have had many, many calls (unprompted and unsolicited, from the same number (apparently accuity), something I never wanted or signed up for.

I get calls from this number regularly, about once a week. The caller doesn't leave a message and I don't recognise the number so I don't answer it. If the call is genuine they should leave a message explaining who they are and why they are calling.
