Has been calling me nearly every day for a couple of weeks now. I never answer, and they never leave a message. I answered it today and it turned out to be a silent call. No idea why this company should suddenly be getting in touch with me.

Kirby Vacuum (allegedly - I suspect some form of UK distributor) calls for many years, refuses to remove my details - I have complained to ICO and suggest others do likewise. Also uses 01257 -88XXXXX numbers

i do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.

This appears to be Kirby cleaners. They have rung my number for over 10 years, saying my vacuum cleaner service is now due....but I don't have one of their machines. The previous residents, both now dead, did. I have told them literally dozens of times to update their database and stop calling but they do not. Totally fed up of them.
