I do not like the way this company operates. Service reps do nott turn up for appointments and when they eventually do so they try aggressive sales techniques to get you to enter a contract even though they have been told not at the outset that I do not want one. Still waiting for a replacement light after 4 months. Also the last person that came stank so much of nicotine I had to use my inhaler twice. Not impressed.
