Definitely a bot. Has phoned several times. Says he is James, my local energy adviser, although a previous call from the same person came from Colwyn Bay and I live in Yorkshire. If you listen carefully, you can hear two separate parts to the call. The first is the greeting and "can you hear me". You can then hear a sound of a recording just being put on and you get the "cannot be interrupted" message.
