An aggressive and persistent man called Solomon cold called and said he had information that we were paying too much for our phone and got quite angry and indignant when I said I was reluctant to swap from BT to National Business. I hung up and wish I hadn't bothered to listen in the first place.

Says from BT Open Reach and Im paying too much for my business line. As I do ever do business via a cold call I tell them Im not interested and hang up. Get a number of calls a month on a regular basis.
