12Recently had my Dyson serviced by Alex who was very polite and did a great job and showed me how to wash my filters that I didn't even know I could do. Would highly recommend this company will be going back. Great value for money and saved money as I don't have to go and purchase a new Dyson now.
Danger harassment call
Pest nuisance
Cold call trying to sell unnecessary Dyson repairs - very dodgy operation with many complaints online!!- they clearly don't understand what cold calling means - beware!! do not engage with this organisation scammers of the first order.
Called yesterday by 01383726989, Apparently Scotvac in Dundee. Offered £15 service call, reduced "as we are in your area". Phoned them back to cancel any visit.
Rang with offer to service Dyson. Wife them repeatedly that we don’t have one and to delete our details. Called again and won’t stop calling. Next time I’m contacting Authorities- I’m sure there’s rules against this.
Phoned cold call. Offered a £15 service on our Dyson vacuum. We agreed an appointment for a £15 service. Don't know why they called, but we are having problem with our Dyson, so opportune timing.I am presuming they are legitimate but not sure.
They said that they knew I had a Dyson and was it operating okay. I declined to answer and hung up
Offering half price (£15) Dyson service by cold call. We said no.
called last night asking if we had a dyson. we dont have a dyson so why would they phone. i understand that they were offering a cheap service. but we dont have a dyson so why would they phone?
Calling themselves Scotvac offering £15 service. They start the call by making out that they know you purchased a Dyson and ask how it is going, in the area offering cheap service.... when pushed say it is Scotvac from Dunfermline, and nothing to do with Dyson. Couldn’t give me a clear answer on how they got my contact details. I would stay clear of anyone starting a call in a deceptive way, though I can’t say if this lot are legitimate or not
Left no message and certainly no call requested by myself
