44Called 5 times always using incorrect information, mostly from user data stolen from some place, and keeps pushing to get your address details, house move etc. Given I work in a bank, it was easy to get this is a spam I told them to not call and blocked.
Claimed to be from Your Move client services, I've always spoken to the same person at the local branch regards our purchase so it seemed odd. Started asking questions about the property I'm buying, so clearly not from Your Move at all. Told them to jog on and blocked them.

Spam call selling insurance
In process of buying house and called leaving message that they were calling from Estate Agent, but this is not the estate agent's number. Message was unprofessional, rushed, muffled and vague asking me to phone back to discuss my purchase. I checked here and will now be blocking this number as sounds like unsolicited sales call.
Would disclose the reason for calling unless they spoke to the home owners
Called and left voicemail, claiming to be from Intercountry... Almost got the name of the real estate agent right - SPAM
El número 01392-849890 ha sido asignado a Reeds Rains
DANGEROUS:because: A male called Sam phoned, purporting to be from Davis & Tate - an estate agency, who have confirmed that they do not have an office in Exeter as indicated by the area code. Sam wanted private / personal information - This is (a) fraudulent and (b) a GDPR breach, as personal details have been passed on to this company. Do not share information.
Pretty decent call tbh. Really helpful, polite and professional. They called as I'm buying a house through your move. Explained how they obtained my details (from my yourmove branch) and that it was for a quote for insurance. Not everyone's cup of tea but I found it was really helpful as I hadn't thought about insurance until this call. I took a quote but I didn't take their cover. Still, was very helpful to compare quotes with other companies.
Call allegedly from the estate agent we recently let through but they were selling insurance, which I don't need as I have a block policy. The company also owns E-surv chartered surveyors, Your Move. Halifax estate agents, Reeds Rains, Marsh & Parsons, Frosts, Lawlors, Intercounty, Goodfellows, Lauristons, Hawes & Co, Thomas Morris, JNP and probably a few others. My adv ice is to tell the agents concerned that you do not want unsolicited calls from random marketing companies.

We've been working with Reeds Rains and 2 weeks later, received a phone call from this number pretending to be Reeds Rains estate agents. I was worried thinking there was something wrong with our application. I don't pick up numbers I don't know but a lady called Emily left a message stating I needed to call them back as soon as possible. Which I did and spoke to a man. Mentioned Reeds Rains and protecting our belongings as well as the landlords. Pretty much a telemarketing scheme. Assuming Reeds Rains sold our information to a 3rd party??
Rang me today about me and my partner wanting to insure our property and all of our household items, but we never even asked for insurance when I first moved in, told them didn't want insurance but wouldn't take no for an answer, wouldn't dare give my details over the phone
Daily calls from pushy sales person from Your Move trying to sell me Contents Insurance on a Let that didn't even happen.

I received this caller, insisted on giving him my date of birth, and email address. I told him about the DPGR, and he said this is for data protection. I said this works two way. When I asked why he called me, he said this was for data protection!. So i told him to buggar off.
Rude and unfriendly person called me and act in extremly aggressive manner.Your move has provided him with my personal data regardless the fact that I haven´t authorised them to do (I ticked the relevant boxes that they are not allowed to contact me). Your Move don´t care about data protection. I will never use this agency again!!!
Unsure how they got my details as have not give explicit consent, so in breach of GDPR. I have reported to ICO. They keep calling, 2 times this week already.
Call me every single day when I am at work trying to sell insurance. I've blocked the number and asked to removed
Rude sales people. Assumed I knew they were calling. Phoned asking for personal information.
Basically a rental property from yourmove has passed my number over to an contents insurance company. Bit sly, but blocked the number ringing twice a day now.
started asking YourMove security questions and then appeared to be cold call insurance sales. not imporssed by hwoever gave them the YourMove addressbook.
I got a call on this number asking to speak to my daughter, saying that he was from YourMove. He said that it was about the flat that my daughter is letting and couldn't speak to me. Yes...... Selling insurance. How did he get my number from YourMove? Not impressed
Trying to sell me home insurange for tenanted flats when I already pay this to Managing Agent. Am I going to cancel with Managing Agent and be pressured to pay Your move Insurance ?? NO !!
Very irritating, keep giving me missed call. I thought I had notified your move not to pass my details to third party, but despite that .....
in process of buying a house this is them trying to sell buildings insurance
I have received numerous irritating calls daily for two weeks now from this number. Wherever they are from, I hate them and they must stop forthwith.
Unacceptable for Your Move or any other estate agent to pass on your personal tel. no. to telemarketing insurance companies. Could be sufficient to make me withdraw from the purchase
Yes this is connected to Reeds Rains Services indeed.
Still a pain with their frequent calls. They ignore TPS. I would like to know where they get their numbers from. Perhaps Your Move should exmine the Data Protection Act as I think they are the culprits.
Insurance telemarketer after buying house from your move. Not nearly as competitive as topcashback.
Got My mortgage through your move and also my insurance so nw get yearly calls from them.
Recently enquired about renting a house with Your Move and now receiving a number of calls from this number pushing their insurance. Annoying.
I didn't answer so I don't know who it was. Harry.
bought a house from your move..now getting calls from this number..ref number left
Just agreed to rent a flat through YourMove, and started receiving these calls several times a day. Sometimes they leave a message quoting a reference number.
Constant calls and messages left saying they're reeds rains but when I called back it went through to some sort of insurance company...
UGH! We've told them we don't want their insurance yet they call and call and call! Idiots.
Contacted local your move estate agent in London re:advertised flat for sale, now being bombarded by messages quoting a reference number to try and make out it's a genuine call. My hot tip buying/selling - get a £5 mobile and number to use temporarily.
Sales & insurance, come via Your Move estate agents.
If you're a new landlord with Your Move, this is their sales people trying to sell you insurance.
