Constent calls from 0141 230 9003, saying they contacting me for a outstanding SSE ENERGY SERVICE, I was a costumer of SSE, but was on pay and go, so I don't owe any money to them at all, I'm so confused and stressed by this, I've had letters sent to my new property saying they gonna send someone around to discuss the dedt, confused ? no idea if it's a SCAM,
Claims I owe money to BUPA. I don't, and rang BUPA to double check, who then confirmed I don't and have never had any overdue accounts and were a bit worried about the scammy nature of ZINC call I was explaining to them. They have a bit of information on me, phone, name, address so they must be illegally harvesting it from somewhere.

Texting me from a mobile that you can't call back, telling I have a debt on electricity for a house i don't live in. Urging me to call that number above and pay 400+£ Scammers called Zinc
Repeated calls and voicemails, hard to understand some of the messages bc they often mumble, not to mention the Glaswegian accent. Claim to be collecting debt from Bupa. Called Bupa, they said I have paid everything and have no debt.
Constant calls since summer claiming I have a debt to settle with BUPA. Completely fictitious, BUPA have no knowledge of this. Initially no one would speak, now I’ve blocked them I have constant voicemails from Glaswegians. Are now harassing family and have started sending letters with fake headings claiming to be from BUPA asking for immediate payment to an unknown bank account, then another stating the debt would be transferred to zinc debt collection and then another from zinc group claiming a debt had been transferred to them and that I should be settling with them directly.
calling on daily basis claiming to be on behalf of Bupa and asking for address and other personal details. I didn’t give any info and called Bupa myself which confirmed I owe them zero pounds. Be alert and don’t give any information. In doubt hang up and call the Official company number yourself to ask if you have any debt pending.
Constant calls from these guys for at least two weeks. Two names were mentioned, one called adam (i think) and the other was a woman but didn't catch her name. I couldn't understand the name of the company they claimed to be calling from, just caught a very broad Glasgow accent. Ignore this phone number if you can, can't be good news.
Fake reason for calling. Not authorised to act on behalf of any company. Data harvested illegally counter to Data Protection and GDPR regulations. Mention these 2 on the call and make clear that this will be taken further e.g. Information Commissioners Office (ICO). Atrocious company and ethos. Avoid avoid avoid.
Sent a letter out with green star energy as the heading apparently it's this debt collection company called the zinc group

Chancers!
They keep phoning my house and mobile leaving texts and voice mails. Claiming I owe a debt and to ring them quoting reference no. I don't have any debts - scammers ! ! !
Zinc debt group. Scammers who want you to believe you have debt with a company you probably once did use, in my case Virgin Media. My account with Virgin was years ago & it wasn't in debt. Worrying thing is, they found my works email, which I'm pretty sure is illegal so hey ho, off I go to the Ombudsman & report these ding dongs!! Your data is your data & if you didn't give permission for anyone to use it, they have obtained it illegally & will get shut down!!!
Left a voicemail looking for someone else. Called them back and was told my number would be removed, fingers crossed that's the end of it. :)
stupid really I just got the sim card from EE today put it in and got a text from these idiots wtf !! -- 1994 communications act to stop these
