15The darker side of Halifax? Aggressive and persistent chasers on behalf of JC International, finally followed by "a discount". No idea what this is about.
No idea who CRS is and Nor do I know anyone who lives in Halifax, Did not answer and Blocked there number.
Started texting a few months back without any indication of the debt source so I ignored them. Recently started offering a 'large reduction' but I ignored that too. Now are saying that action for recovery is imminent. I looked back at my records and found the original debt which I had responded to without any reply from that company. They have now sold that debt on, hence the chasing. I finally contacted them via their online chat and rather than lots of typing I arranged for a timed phone call. I am now hoping that either their generous discount is VERY low or that they will agree on a small monthly payment. So far they do seem efficient and responsive. Generally, I would say that if a real debt exists or not, it is always best to respond rather than just hope that it will go away because once things escalate it is very hard to de-escalate.
Text me everyday for over 6 months now!! Saying I owe money to a company I’ve never heard of!! Blocked their number but the sneaky people keep sending the texts anyone know how to 100% block them?
They text me every day and call me every other day for debt collection from 5 lamp ltd company that I ve never heard before. Saying I have to give them back 248 pounds. Is annoying. Now it shows spam when they call.
Keep texting every day threatening legal action on behalf of a company who closed down years ago and actually owe me money!
Kept sending text messages to me claiming that I owed money to LaRedoute (whom I have never been associated with), followed by claiming to have passed my details onto the CRS for immediate collection. Do not ring them, as this is fake.
CRS debt recovery calling from Halifax . I dont answer and put them on block
Chasing me for a company I have never used. Told them to do one :-)
Tons of texts everyday about a supposed debt to an electric company we don't use. Action will be taken. But had these texts for over a year now and when we call they just want our bank details. =/
Threatening text
They keep sending me unsolicited texts telling me "immediate action" needed to stop them sending debt collectors. when i try and contact them, they know nothing about my personal data etc. I'm reporting them to Police Scotland "101" as possible scam/fraudsters.
Gonna get you lol
Collection agency
Collection agency. So supposedly. They knew nothing about me and wanted to get their money. I've never heard of those.
