as like a previous comment. Someone called and asked if i would be interested in getting the sides and front( don't know the correct terminology) of an upstairs dormer . A guy turned up a few hours later in a suit and briefcase. Gave me a quote of £6,500 lol. Knew then they were dodgy. Been ringing ever since. Number blocked

Absolute clown of a company. They came to my door telling me they could re-felt my bay roof to stop water leaking down the facia board. I expected someone to turn up with some ladders to quote me a price for the job. Instead a man in a suit with a briefcase turned up trying to sell me facias and soffits. He told me they don't do roof repairs and went on his way. Later I got a phone call telling me they do actually do roof repairs and I am still interested in having it done. I told them I dont trust them to repair a roof if they are not capable of communicating what it is their business actually does! They keep calling. I have blocked their number.

Have called multiple times, They previously quoted for Facias, Soffits and guttering's to which i almost went ahead until i realised they are very deceptive with the figures especially on finance they talked about 1% interest through the quotation. This actually was 11.9% APR and they tried to argue they meant 1% interest per month, Which whenever loans and finance agreements are spoken about the interest quoted is always APR not the rolling monthly interest figure. Have asked to be removed numerous times from their call list & also stated on each call I would avoid them at all costs due to their company way of working and ethic.
