Calling for a debt my sister owed over 10 years ago. Using her maiden name, she's been married 10 years. Explained they have wrong sister but they refused to believe me even when given my sister's correct details. Reported as they refuse to take my details off system even though I can prove debt was never mine.

Two calls in two days to my landline (at least when I was at home). Recorded message asking if I am someone I have never heard of. Didn't fall for the "press 1 or 2" trick. Terminated both calls and this number now blocked.

I've had numerous calls from this number over the last two weeks. Over the two weeks they have asked for TWO different names, neither of which have ever lived at my address. I do NOT owe money and have no credit/loans etc.

This number constantly keeps ringing my house phone and mobile and texting. Claiming to be Wescott about money I owe. I have had to turn my answering machine off as they leave loads of messages..,, calling at 9pm latest! Last time they called I just picked the phone up and said nothing, no one said anything either unroll was ended! Pain in the ass! Blocked on my mobile!

Absolutely ridiculous company. Answer get an automated message. They call all day up to 9pm. There are so many phone scams where the message tells you to press one and then you get charged a horrendous amount of money so do they really believe that this is the best way to do business. If the call is that important they can get a human to call. Have blocked them. Don't trust companies who hide behind robots.

Called at 8.50 pm ... seriously?? Yes I do owe money on a private loan and was paying it off happily each month but then the balance got transferred to these clowns who think they can squeeze more money from me each month ..it's quite simple...i'm paying you all i can manage each month ...you'll have to wait...maybe next time call me in the daytime but not when i;m sorting the kids for bed.... annoyed!

Automated system asking to speak to someone who has never lived at this address. I've had the same phone number for about 16 years so I doubt they are using it for the previous owner. It says press 1 if you are (persons name) press 2 if you are not. I'm guessing it's some kind of phishing exercise as its funny that this thread seems to throw lots of random names out to people. Maybe it's just to get you on the line and talking so they know the number is active so then they can pester you even more!

I've marked untrustworthy because their practice is to call repeatedly several times a day to my personal and work numbers. To my mind that makes them a harassing caller and with dubious business practises - I'm amazed Nationwide Building Society would use such a company!!!

they ask receiver that how much debt you have, ask for remaining loan amount or credit card amount then offer half price to clear complete balance means you pay to them and they will complete your load, which is fraud. basically they just take they money out of you by telling they will clear the load or credit and then they would not.

These people started calling my number about 2 weeks ago. They are apparently looking for an Adam Forder or Fordham (can't make out the name as it's garbled). It's always a voice msg stating key in 1 if you're him or 2 if you're not etc. They are calling at least twice each day starting at 09.10am. Have no idea who he is. He's never lived at this address as it's only ever had 2 owners, me and the previous lady. I'm going to arrange a blocking service. TPS doesn't work!

Been getting calls and messages day, night and bank holidays from two numbers and not sure why. I do not answer, but when they leave a message they do not explain who they actually are, nor what it is about. The other number is 01482 618100, which I assume is related to 01482 483281. Don't fall into their traps...

Continuos calls for a Mr McNaught .at all times of day and evening..don't know him. Never lived at my address . Guess we just got unlucky being given his old phone number. But it's a right nuisance
