My sister had a call yesterday to demonstrate a bed, 3 hours he was there, she is vulnerable and far to trusting, family cant visit if out of her bubble yet a stranger that wears a madk for 5 mins, accepts a drink, uses her toilet 2x uses her keys as shes in a high rise fkats to bring sample back in. Even though their covid safety guidlines say get ppl to open up doors and windows use full ppe. Luckily she didnt buy the bed. Absolutely furious

Had a call saying that would I do a sleep survey. I said yes and they said the would come to see me and do a really demonstration which took 4 hour when I was shown products etc and that I told the man I did not want to buy he started to peer Peer pressure me in buying I told him I had no money to buy as yet then he went into credit I still said no. Instead of him respecting my answer. He then said you have a mobility chair you and a mobility scooter and kitchen appliances but you do not have the most important thing the bed. I want to think about it but I was on my own and I was pressured in buying which I did £3220 for a bed I signed the bed and was not told that when it came not to remove the cover on the mattress because of this they said I can not get a refund it I am not happy with it. Stay away from this company the are going for the elderly and those who live on there own. Lesson learned will not do anything like this again.

Offering £15 of m&s vouchers if I do a sleep survey and have some salesman round to try and sell me an adjustable bed. I said that I do have BBC one and it feels like some sales pitch I heard on watchdog... she didn't like that reply

I don't mind doing surveys, especially if they pay you, but this person insisted they send someone round the house to insure that I did it correctly. They were obviously selling something and needed my permission to do it in person, thus putting on pressure to buy. No chance of getting this past me, but others may not be so

woman keeps ringing, asking to do a survey, only takes 2 minutes! Wrong!! 7 minutes later, I told her I had to go, and not to ring again. She kept talking, I hung up. She rang 5 more times within the hour, now blocked!

Had a call from them a few weeks ago after i filled in one of those cards after my holiday to spain, they were offering £15 M&s vouchers for a sleep survey, was not interested and asked to be put on their do not call list. lady who called said no problem, and have had no calls since, at they do as they are asked!

They first asked me if I was the house owner, told them I rent and they started on about me doing a survey at M&S, I said I never shop there and the whole attitude of the man changed, he was rude and complained about me wasting his time. What about wasting mine. I hung up then.

This number called me today, asking me to take a quick questionnaire and agree to look at their products for £15 of M&S vouchers.Said they were form comfymatic beds. When i said no the caller was quite rude, saying just listen to me will you. Then insisted i had opted in to their cold calls. I'm also going to report to M&S so they know people are using them as a result of illegal cold calling

Yesterday, after looking for an online quote from CompareTheMarket.com the day before, a woman called me from the number above. This is a company called something like: Conformation ?. She new my whole name, full address and obviously my age (getting on). I told her there was no one here by that name (a lie) . I then told her this number is TPS registered and ex directory. She argued that I had requested the call. I told her I hadn't and asked her where she got this number from. She said from various sources. I asked if it was from Compare The Market .com but she wouldn't say. I hung up.. Shortly after, a company called Golden Charter ( funeral plans) called. I gave him the same information about TPS and ex directory and asked if he had obtained my number from CompareTheMarket.com?. He said no but said that I had sent a coupon from the Daily Mirror thus prompting a call from them. I told him that could not be true. He argued and said he had the cutting. I do not buy newspapers so I new this was a scam. I then told him someone must have stolen my identity and I would need to call the police. I asked him if he could send me a copy of the coupon, he said no and that he would only be allowed to send it to the Police. I asked him for his number which he then gave me. I hung up. Rather than bother the police at this point I thought I would contact CompareThe Market.com complaints department. I pointed out that I suspected they were passing ( selling) on my details . As yet I have not heard from them. ..............

Got home just as the answering machine was putting out my recorded message. No response left, so I did a 1471 and got this number. Paused, did 1471 again to confirm number and straight away, instead of the number being stated, got a prerecorded message saying it was a call from Comformatic Marketing and they'd call back. I Googled the number and found two reports from a site called "Ripoff Reports", both citing cases of elderly (80+) ladies being ripped off over orders for furniture, large deposits taken and not refunded. Beware !.

Called on mobile, didn't leave a number. The directors are Joan Crawford,Eleanor McNicolas and Michael McNicolas on 08000807806. Looked them up on a credit agency site

Called and asked if I had ever eaten jelly on a dinghy!! Very strange man called Boris was the caller, he wanted to take my pet frog to Westminster to goad Moira Stewart into an arm wrestling match! Not sure what that was all about. Boiled eggs I think.

Quality of call was poor so not sure what they were selling but I think it was about beds and some M&S vouchers as a bribe/incentive. Seemed a bit put out when I suggested they get a proper job

Different people from this number have called me a number of times over the last year always asking for a "Mr Rodgers" when I don't introduce myself (Mr Rodgers is not my name). They always hang up as soon as I say this.

Just called and when informed that the call was being recorded and that we were members of the TPS the person at the other end happened to mention that he was recording the call as well. Continued to try and do a survey and became very upset when interupted to as where they got our details from. Tried to tell me that i had filled out a lifestyle survey which i havent so i told him so.... he then suggested that i shouldnt talk to people like that as its rude! When asked to remove my details from his list he refused as i asked rudely! Tps report going in now!

Call claiming to be from Comformatic (or something like that) telling me I'd get sent a £25 voucher for returning a completed questionaire. When I said I was registerd on TPS she said sorry and rang off. Clearly another company that doesn't checkt the register.

hung up as I answered, grrrrrrrrr. I do a 1471 and let it run for 10 minutes. the phone provider (virgin) knows or can easily find / stop these pests but chooses to let them through and abuse their customers at least if I and hopefully thousands of punters can tie up virgin lines they may decide to control who they let through more.
