I got a call to day from this number 0151 375 2069 it was a very polite man saying that on their records that I've had an accident in the last 2 years I said I have not and then he said that someone could have put me forward to them someone who lives in the same household I said no one in my household has had an excellent he was very polite when we finish the phone call he said sorry for bothering you they would not bother me again and he apologize for the inconvenience of the call

Wolf Law has received calls about nuisance calls asking about accidents. This firm does NOT make unsolicitored calls and we believe it is a claims management company based in Liverpool possibly called First Response. Their number is similar to ours. Their number is 0151 375 9854. They hang up when called. If you get a call from this number please report it to the ICO on 01625 545745 or [email protected]. Only by complaining to the ICO will something be done. These cold callers are an absolute nuisance and need to be stopped.

I'm on holiday in Chamonix at the moment and this morning had to book my return bus to Zurich airport with Chamexpress. within half an hour I recieved a call from 01678413056, ambulance chasers, then within another hour recieved another from 01513759804, more ambulance chasers. Told him I was in India and he hung up straight away

Got a missed call today - rang back and it was someone in liverpool. He knew my name and said he was calling about my car accident 2 years ago. I told him that I hadn't had any accident to which he said 'it may have been a small prang'. Denied all knowledge then asked if it was due to anyone else in my house?!? I told him that none of us had cars to which he said he must have got the wrong information and hung up. When he was talking, it was obvious that he was outside as it was extremely windy, maybe calls are being diverted to their mobiles

Hi everyone, I would like to confirm that these nuisance calls are NOTHING TO DO WITH First Legal Support - Accident Investigators OR Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. Over the last few months we have received numerous phone calls (14 in one day one week) from understandably angry people confusing us with the First Legal who have been calling them after doing google searches on First Legal, finding First Legal Support and linking them to Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. We understand your frustration as we had these calls personally as well as having to spend our time at work dealing with the angry people confusing us with the call centre. It is also frustrating that this company have caused us to have our names tarnished on forums. We are not certain who has been making these calls as they seem to make sure that it is very difficult to find anything concrete out about them hence the frosty responses when people ask. It appears that the calls have slowed down lately as we have been getting fewer complaints but I wanted a high up comment on here clarifying that contrary to previous comments, it is not us! Got the same call like everyone else. As a trained insurance expert with 25 years experience, I asked them for the date of the accident (having not had an accident in the last 10 years) but they didn't know. I asked which company they were calling from and they said they were calling as they were my insurers. I asked them the name of the insurers and they hung up. I am sick and tired of dealing with claims brought by ambulance chasers such as this. Compensation culture at its finest.

Rang and asked to speak to me regarding an apparent accident I had in the last 3 years. Told her it had already been dealt with (used a diff solicitor for the claim) and she asked me to send proof resulting me tellin her to do one (not so politely) and hanging up !!

Hasting Direct staff must sell details onto this company, when I challenged the caller he said false information must have been passed onto them. My car was crashed into but it was parked up with nobody inside at the time, the caller refused to believe me calling me a liar and demanded I go for a medical! It's disgusting that a solicitors is so aggressive in trying to get you to break the law by lying, they should be closed down.

I have been called a few times and each time the 'Legal' firm claims I have been involved in an accident. When asked for details they put the phone down. Very rude! I have asked them to remove me from the database - again they put the phone down. Two days later another call - Mrs .... it's about your accident! I have now banned the number from my phone.

Had a call from this number today, when I asked to be removed from the call list the agent said 'I hope you die of cancer' and hung up. I have tried ringing the number back also tried Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors who told me they are first legal support and do not call from this number also tried Plantec Holdings Ltd who, again are not associated. I will find out who and where they are and this guy will wish he was dying of cancer by the time I ruin his pathetic little life. This is absolutely disgusting and they can not get away with it.

Call from a 'legal company'. Wouldn't say what company. Asked if I was (gave my name), I didn't confirm. They said it was about the accident I had within the last 3 years. They said it is on their records. I asked them what information they held on their records. They gave out a FULL NAME, ADDRESS AND PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER for me, despite the fact that I had not confirmed that I was the named person. They hung up on me. Very rude Scouse male on phone. Awful. Feel very angry.

These people have been calling me for weeks. I have told them that I am not the person they are asking for "Mrs Humphries" and asked them numerous times to take me off their list but still they call. Sick and tired of these calls!!!These calls are coming in daily now and some days numerous amounts of times. I mostly answer and then leave the phone by the side of me at work so they can just hear office noise like i often get the pleasure of hearing when they ring me but fed up now so reporting to ofcom and also emailing Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors who i believe this is going through.These people make me sick!!! i understand its a job they are doing and at least they arent at home scrounging benefits but the bosses of these companies need to be spoken to and there is no need for these callers to be rude..... sick and tired of it all now. Its got so bad i am tempted to get rid of my mobile and be done with it. I never answer my house phone anymore unless i know the number on the caller display. Lets hope every9one reading this will bombard the above company and see how they like it. This number called me and said they were calling about an accident I had within the last 3 years. I asked her what accident would that be? She said you tell me! I said no you seem to know so much about me you tell me. She was so rude. She said don't give me that all you had to say was yes or no. She didn't ask me if I'd had an accident so how could I answer yes or no. I said how dare you cold call me then kick off. She went yeah yeah whatever and put the phone down! Unbelieveable. People like her don't deserve a decent job and guess what. She ain't got one. Don't know how these people sleep

GOT THEIR NUMBER!! IF you want to call them through their parent company Plantec Holdings Ltd. on 0870 285505. It's taken lots of digging and loads of numbers that no longer exist (surprise, surprise), but you can check this by Googling 'Plantec Holdings Ltd and First Legal Support' and it will be the top hit! Not that I would encourage everybody to call them up and complain, but how many of us have had calls? I've also threatened to report them to OFCOM. Do not accept be bullied by nuisance calls!

Like stated above, called me about an accident I hadn't had. Taking the info above I called Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors on Phone:0844 588 8488 Complained to the lady answering the phone that they are in breach of Data Protection Act as they guy gave out my name and have told them not to call again else I will pursue them on the grounds of Data Protection & harassment. When she asked for my name and number I refused to give it as I dont want their calls. I suggest that if you receive a call from them do the same. If we bombard their main switchboard they wont be able to handle it. See how they like it. Fight back people - get even, have fun 8-)

I had a call from Brook Knight – First Legal – asking for emma sergeant. I asked what is was in connection with (without telling her I was not Emma Sergeant)relation to an accident. I started asking questions about where she got my number from and she said insurance companies. Then I asked which companies and she said – Admiral, Aviva, Access, Churchill ,Elephant John Lewis, LV, M&S, Nationwide, More Than and Saga...there was another name but didn't quite catch it. I had to ask her to speak more slowly when she initially read off the list. I asked if I could speak to her line manager and what do you know 'they were in a meeting'. I asked for her line manager's name who was Samantha. I asked for the last name but she said they were not allowed to give it out. I asked about a record of the call history but she said she did not have one (After working in an inbound and outbound call centre I know what records they should have) Had a bit more of a 'conversation' with her and first I was going to get a call back and because of the questions I was asking the meeting had suddenly got longer and they weren't going to be out for a long time. I asked for a call back tomorrow and that couldn't be guaranteed. Then she wanted to know ' What's with all the questions' then started to get defensive. I had another call a few days previous from a company called First Call asking for the same person but not sure if these companies are related. First Legal do not apparently have a website. Also in the early part of the conversation she said I could call back, so out of interest just tried that but the mail box is full....This company is not the same as First Legal Support but may be related to First Call.

They called me twice yesterday and again today, around midday and again around 6.30pm. Decided to answer and after delay of a few seconds a chap named Jay said he was calling regarding my minor accident report. I said I hadn't made one. I asked how he got my phone number and he hung up.

They keep calling me - I beleive its something to do with a claim - not sure why! I told them months ago to stop calling but they seem to have started again over the last few days. Obviously I ignore the call and do not call them back - which you have to leave a message for them to call you again anyway from what I understand. Just dont answer - simples! :)
