Over several years now, their ability to take people off their list who say they have no interest whatsoever, is either appallingly unprofessional or pointlessly deliberate. I've tried asking politely. I've tried explaining in an exasperated way that they were supposed to be taking me off their list. I've tried playing music down the phone. What an absolute waste of not only my time but theirs - their sales model must be terrible.

I've had the number blocked for over 5 years but still they keep trying to contact me. Their sales rep who visited my home was a cretin and if he was their "top salesperson" as their rep claimed then there is no way on earth I'd buy anything from them. Now going down the root of a solicitor's letter to see if they get the message at last!
