As others have mentioned, auto-message start part-way through, telling you to press 9 to be removed. The voice is so unclear that I thought it was 'thousand and pointer.com', but someone here wrote 'Falcon and Pointer', so there we go. No mention by the company what they do/why. I get so many calls from various numbers, and have emailed my MP who I doubt will bother raising in Parliament. Feel free to email your MP

We have had several calls from this number over the last couple of weeks. we are on the TPS so have reported the company to them, have also reported the company to the CMR who are regulators for claims companies. I have also sent emails to the company themselves, but so far have had no reply

Option at the end of the call to press 9 to have your number removed; however, I did that last week and have received the same call twice since then. 'Jan' said it was done immediately. Now if they call TPS can act. You must tell F & P not to call otherwise TPS cannot help
