Completed an online quotation and have been bombarded with calls since. I advised them I was no longer interested due to their pushy sales techniques on the phone and I would proceed with BUPA. Despite this and after blocking their number they are still calling from different numbers. Relates to a dodgy car trader... aggressive in getting the sale and as soon as you need the support they don’t want to know!

as soon as I filled out the online form, they called me immediately trying t confirm the private health insurance. so desperate. in the last 5 days I get called twice a day. I just dont answer.

filled in an online quote while at work on nightshift. Did not follow it through but have had 6 missed calls the next morning between 9.30 and 12.30 whilst asleep. They seem to be very aggressive with their telemarketing and clearly desperate for custom, a good reason to stay away.

Annoying calls every day none of which I have answered as I guessed they were from Vitality as the first call came minutes after I filled in their online quote request. I had no desire for them to call me, but the website forced me to give a number, with no box to tick to opt out of nuisance calls. I have blocked all similar numbers and will not answer anything beginning 0161, hope they will eventually give up!

just wanted an online quote, discovered Bupa £100 cheaper, and even cheaper with my employer, So far have rung every day for seven days, not answering so dont know how long it will go on for,agree with previous comment. too desperate and aggressive would not have gone with them either way because of this. A Big Red Flag !

Within less than a minute of completing the online application form i was called so they could basically close the deal. This just hits me as desperate which obviously makes me wonder why. This desperation alone is the reason i wont be going with vitality. All too keen to take my money...but then what?

I had requested an online quote for Vitality Health Insurance. I didn't request that they call me but because I didn't go through with the online sale they called to see what they could do for me. I guess the practice is a bit aggressive but I had prompted the call by filling out my correct mobile number. It's part of the Virgin brand so it's trustworthy.
