Despite being registered with the TPS, I receive many calls from this number saying "Can you hear me?" and "Hi, I'm James (or Mark), I'm your local energy adviser ...". I challenged the last caller and asked who he was employed by and he said "The Green Eco Centre" in London (even though the dialling code 0161 is Manchester). When I asked what he was selling he said "There's nothing to worry about" and then blathered on about old loft insulation causing mould and I should have mine checked (yet at no point did I confirm I was the home owner or that I even had loft insulation, despite him asking). I'm now going to make a complaint to the TPS about this company

Keeps cold calling claiming to be in the area, keep blocking their various numbers but the same person calls everytime, when advised not interested, or the fact I'm registered with TPS they just hang up, no apology and then a few weeks later the same happens.
