it appears to be a regular landline or non geographic UK number rather than clearly mobile, but online reports are sparse and fragmentary. Caution advised before trusting any contact or answering. 1. The number appears to be a UK telecom number (the format +44 1614 646176 corresponds to a UK line), but there is no reliable public attribution to a specific company or organization from available sources. 2. Online chatter is limited and scattered across generic reverse lookup sites and scam report portals; no consistent, verifiable consensus identifies a specific owner. 3. There is no clear, widespread evidence linking this exact number to scams, fraud, phishing, telemarketing, or nuisance calls in authoritative sources; reports, if any, are not definitive. 4. The number does not appear prominently exposed in public breach or leakage datasets; it shows up in standard lookup results but not clearly as a leaked or widely publicized contact. 5. Answering or returning a call is not clearly dangerous, but given the lack of reliable owner information and mixed signal in reports, it is prudent to verify through official channels or avoid call backs until more trustworthy context is obtained.

26Rang two days running. Didn't answer thanks to this site. Now blocked!
Very rude common woman (bad election lessons) evaded my requests to come to the point. Then, when I had refused to give straight answers to personal questions, turned abusive having realised I had her number (sorry for the bad joke!). Do not take calls from this number, and if you do, keep making refusals - they won't be playing fair with you.
It was to do with my banking contract to help improve my banking package deal ie IF you pay for a premium banking service IE Lloyds Gold where in paying a monthly fee for your account they offer you various insurance packages the twit who phoned me was trying to tell me he was going to improve on my current offer!! Of course the rude idiot was not to know I have NEVER paid a premium banking fee in forty years of banking nor would !.. So just by telling me what he did he proved himself beyond all doubt to be a liar and by definition a spammer and phisher!! Anything he had tried at that point would certainly fall on deaf ears I only hope that my instruction about honouring the TPS and my wish for my number to be removed from his lists will be honoured though I doubt it as when I hung up on him whilst adding him to my CPR Call Blocker refused list he was rudely trying to shout me down in order to treat me to another verse of verbal abuse... You're GONE !! Peace Restored ... My advice add to 0161 464 6176 to your blocked list also! :)
Called saying I might be eligible for a bank refund and asking if I had any outstanding loans. They called a mobile number that is only 3 weeks old that no one has so I knew straight away it was spam. Blocked

These MF's keep calling me and I am fed up. They do not stop calling every day or so. I just hang up or avoid answering. AVOID!
Claimed to be a company called "Jeffrey Mason" going on about monies owed to me - They had my correct name though pronounced it incorrectly. Told them to quickly tell me what the call was about as I was in Critical Care and needed to keep my phone line free (which is kind of true, my mother WAS in Critical Care but now on a general ward) before I could finish what I was saying they hung up
Trying to tell me my bank owed me money but couldn't tell which bank I have an account with. Then became aggressive when I challenged him.
Just called me knew my name, advised them I was registered with TPS and they were breaking the law. Advisor was very aggressive to start with and then started laughing down the phone at me. Avoid and block at all costs!
Blocked this number after they left very long voicemail with nothing but call centre noise in background. Assuming cold-caller.
Identified himself as calling from Jeffrey Mason. Knew my given name and my surname - and my postcode. Claimed they were going to help me "get money back" for a "refund I was due". I confirmed no information and put the phone down.
I have no idea who it was but they asked for me by name and asked if I had a refund from the bank recently. That got my feelers up and I told him that I no longer wish to speak to him and asked him not to call me again. Then I hung up.
