6Man called to speak with the Chairman who doesn't take calls, when I told him this he asked to speak with a Director to find out the computer operating system (Obviously looking on Companies House). I told him it would be best to send an email with query to which he went on a rant about how he "hasn't got time to chase emails due to the current climate and if it was any other year then maybe he could ect, ect." Extremely rude in tone and obviously irritated that he wasn't getting anywhere.

Rude, obnoxious and an extremely unpleasant man I have just spoken to. You must be doing really bad if you can't afford to recruit customer focused telemarketeers rather than the scumbag I have just spoken to. Shocking!!!
A man who refused to say why he was calling but just asked to be put through to one of the directors.
