cold call to reclaim all sorts of mis- sold banking products. Sent me forms to claim money for services I never had and phoned me five times to ask if I had returned forms !!! They will ONLY take 39.99% of succesful claims PLUS VAT. " In the last four months Government has found that Banks have not been paying correct amount of compensation ". Got to go now and whisle in my herd of flying pigs.
