ADT automated call in the middle of the night all key holders at least 3 calls because a window sensor battery was low. No one was home to trouble shoot so they just kept calling all the key holder on the list multiple times. Not a good service

Called at 01:26 in the morning. I am a contact for a friend over the road with ADT however they didn't phone him who was at home in bed at the time, only me. I ignored the call in the middle of the night and they did nothing more. Useless company, not the first time they have phoned me first and not the owner of the alarm. Previously I have been phoned by a computerised voice that you can not talk to, I phoned the friend over the road who nothing about any problem. What is the point of a monitored alarm if they do not follow procedure and then give up? They do not answer their phone either, worse than useless, they just take your money and bank it!

Our neighbour is with ADT and we are listed as a contact. Apparently it was a glitch in their comms and we all got a call at 6:30am. So it’s genuine but irritating on that occasion.

Had a feeling this was ADT, haven't confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I'd even got to it, and then stopped. Alarm not going off, and it is for our house so would like to know why they rang in the wee hours when we're sleeping.

I thought this was a nuisance call trying to get me to call a premium number but it turns out my daughter had nominated me as a keyholder and when her alarm went off ADT tried her, then the first nominated keyholder and then me. The problem was that either my daughter hadn't told me I was on ADT's list or I had forgotten. Anyway, the main point is this is a genuine ADT number.

They called saying they were ADT and my alarm was going off so what was the passcode? I have no ADT alarm nor a key holder for anyone else, when I told them this and the fact that I was at home and alarm was not going off they hung up! They are NOT ADT, you have been warned

These calls are from Advanced Independent Monitoring who monitor burglar alarms. If you get a call your mobile must be on the list of key holders for the address they give (along with the contract number) in the text message they also send to you. I had this having forgotten I was on my son's list for his home alarm.
