This is a scam call pretending to be from tsb. It seems to be a man and a woman who are trying to take card information. TSB would NEVER do this. Do not answer.

Caller ringing three times a day for two weeks - first time I answered they asked for personal details and when I queried it they hung up. Now persistently ringing 3 times daily but hanging up when I’ve answered. Now I’ve blocked them. Will also report to tab.

Apparently from TSB asking for someone who I have never heard of. Asked them to remove the number from the system and they started asking for my personal information. When I refused to give it to them they said they will just keep calling so I blocked the number. Neither myself or my partner are with TSB which made it even more suspicious!

TSB departments don't appear to talk to each other. I've closed one account, they didn't tell their collections department, who would then call at random times, in the manner that a scam caller would. Honestly, banks tell you not to speak to callers asking straight away for your personal details, but then they go & do just that, in a call that appears to be coming from another country. In future, TSB, inform your collections team that someone has closed their account so you don't have to harass people with what appear to be, scam calls, especially when it's over PENCE.

Claimed to be from TSB and asked me to confirm DoB and Post Code for security. I declined and ended the call. Have had subsequent calls but have added to my block list. Contacted TSB who confirmed they had no reason to call me and that this was not a legitimate call.

This number buggers me several times a day. Why is it that they keep calling me, when they have my mother's number and could contact her directly.... It's a legitimate number, as I've checked with TSB themselves when they carried the first time. It's going on my block list.

Claimed to represent TSB Bank regarding my postal account. This is something I've never held but I played along as I know postal accounts are very popular with the older population. I refused to disclose my date of birth and postcode 'for security check' and countered with a request for the his employee number and the name of his supervisor - he didn't know that I look after TSB IT systems so would be able to back-track in real time. He refused to disclose the data I required and also refuse to use my alternate contact method to confirm his ID. I rang off as he became aggressive - I have now blocked the number

This firm are IMHO Nuisance Callers. I also bank with TSB so the TSB credit card dept know when my works pension arrives and they practically ring the phone off the hook! After this experience I'm planning to pay-off that TSB credit card and cut it up as soon as I can.

They are calling several times a day asking for someone who doesn't live here. I have told them several times it is the wrong number but they do not stop. I have now filed complaints with the authorities and hope for a positive outcome.
