Returned call from this number however when calling back it won’t receive incoming calls. Use 01642 850850 which takes you to an automated switchboard then you request the person or department or ask for switchboard to speak to a human operator.

As in the other comment I was told to ring 01642850850 - this is useless. It asks you to give the name of the person and offers no other option. Since I don't know who called I was at a dead end

Called but left no message. The telephone number relates to the JCUH at Middlesbrough and I believe the call is to remind patients of an appointment at the hospital. When I phoned it back I was told to ring 01642 850850.
