Called at house first, repeatedly advised we would not be interested in new windows for a minimum of 3 years as we’d just had our conservatory roof and windows done by THEM and had just bought a new car. He wouldn’t take no for an answer. Have him our landline number that had call minder on it. So we just don’t answer the call.

Harassing window company that keeps ringing my elderly mum causing her upset and distress.....not sure what they expect to get using this tactic! If I wanted windows or conservatories I would contact a company that was respectable and honest not these, Dunraven of Bridgend wouldn’t be anywhere on my list! Cowboys is the only polite word I can write on here!!

I was interested in new windows x3 the salesman on the phone refused to send anyone out to quote unless both me and my wife were home? I told him i was paying in cash not finance he still refused? What weird way to lose business we simply went elsewhere idiots. Now they keep calling me and going silent on the phone then hanging up.

Keeps calling our number not leaving a message - makes sense as Dunraven as only started after we contacted another company re windows/doors. As sales technique counterproductive - put us right off them as amounts to harrassment if they don't identify who they are.

Dunraven windows doors and conservatories was leaflet dropping in our area. Later that afternoon we received one withheld number and 01656747609 a few hours later but hung up upon answering. Probably checking to see if the number I gave was genuine, but not a very professional approach if you ask me.
