Called at house first, repeatedly advised we would not be interested in new windows for a minimum of 3 years as we’d just had our conservatory roof and windows done by THEM and had just bought a new car. If I wanted windows or conservatories I would contact a company that was respectable and honest not these, Dunraven of Bridgend wouldn’t be anywhere on my list! I was interested in new windows x3 the salesman on the phone refused to send anyone out to quote unless both me and my wife were home? I told him i was paying in cash not finance he still refused? What weird way to lose business we simply went elsewhere idiots. Now they keep calling me and going silent on the phone then hanging up
