This number is a nuisance caller, someone who is bored and plays tricks on people, its probably a teenage or twenties years old male, lower middle class, living at home with parents, low achiever, possibly been to college but works in a meaningless boring job, like a call centre (his opinion not mine) feels he is better that he is being rewarded in life, he pretends to be the police some times and asks personal questions, he has rung people asking about peoples partners and their children, this caller should be treated as very dangerous and manipulative, anyone who pretends to be someone they are not should be noted as potentially criminally motivated, some questions he asked are backed up with some knowledge of the person he is calling, probably from Facebook, IE family members etc, Facebook is the No1 staring point for this type of person to collect personal information about people, IE who their relatives are, where they work, where they drink, shop, eat, holiday, you're beginning to understand how dangerous Facebook is ? The worst scenario is he actually is a cop who is running out of control and working with civilians to access information on people for some unscrupulous reason, and that is very common, cops giving out information on people, like who owns a car and the address, where someone works,
