I call it harassment as they have pestered me several times, expecting me to waste my time doing a pro bono survey. Would they do a free survey on my behalf, I doubt it.

Called about my banking services. Did call the MRS to check to see if they were legit (they are!). Did the survey and tbh they didn't ask any sensitive information except which bank i was with and how I find the service. Hope my comments help!

Called asking for feedback on my banking experiences. Was unsure at first but they didn't ask for anything identifiable. Just who I bank with, and what I like/dislike etc. They report it back to the banks so hopefully my commnents will make a difference!!!

Pushy marketing call claiming to be "market research". The female caller was very rude when I told her the number was TPS registered and claimed I was required by law to answer her questions about the business. She wouldn't listen to reason so I just ended the call.

Calling from different 01707 numbers marked Welwyn Garden City. I believe they are probably researchers but annoying they are calling from diff numbers so can't be blocked properly. People don't want to talk about their bank over the phone to strangers! Fill out forms in banks anonymously...maybe?!?!?!
