This IS from Teleperformance, on behalf of NHS Bloodline.. it IS a trustworthy number, but because people (with vetting and clearance) can call remotely, it MAY not always be possible to call them back. If by chance it shows up as HM Passport on a search that's just the Slough exchange showing up, not a scam or fake call.

Caller claimed to be from Visit Britain. Told me, rather than asked me, that he was going to ask a few questions. I pulled him up about his attitude then said ok to a few questions. Came across as just a human robot sticking to a badly written script.

Got a call from them just now, they identified as NHS blood donation and asked for me by name. I said that was me, they asked for my year of birth, after which they asked about booking me an appointment for blood donation. I booked an appointment with them, immediately received an email from the official NHS Blood site confirming the appointment, and I even double-checked my account on the NHSBlood app and the appointment was there. All good and no problems.

Call from this number but let it ring. I Tried calling back and the number disconnects immediately. I put the number into this website and have seen the comments about giving blood. I have not long put my name down to donate blood plasma so checked my email and the email stated they would call from a number *******2323 - I am therefore guessing this is a fraudulent account.

Said they were calling about donating blood for antibodies. Had my name, but I felt uncomfortable when they started asking for my DOB, postcode, etc. Said I would register myself and they gave me a (correct) number for blood donations.
