Asked for a name unknown at my address. When challenged about col calling a TPS number they said we must have "slipped through the net". Clearly they had not checked. Assured me my number would be removed from their database. We shall see!

We had to contact trading standards because they (coastal windows) wouldn't stop harassing my elderly parents by phone. They had to make a police report and Trading Standards paid them a visit to warn them off. If they harass you, report it as if you tell them to stop they have to by law.

Have asked them on numerous occasions over the years to stop calling and they are still doing it. It is now close to harrasement. Would have happily recommanded their services but not any more as I don't want anyone else to have to suffer from their constant calling
