Have been calling me about 5 or 6 times a day for the past week. I never answer but this last time they left a voicemail. Some girl sounded like she was half way through a conversation... all I heard was "I'll give you a suck" a brief pause of shock then hung up. I had rejected the call sending it to voicemail so that's probably why.

Interact is a 3rd party company (like carphone warehouse) for EE. However they do not have authority to add any lines to your account without permission. I've had a long telephone call with EE.This company can legally see you EE profile as they are third party. To stop this, request that your third party marketing preferences are turned off and block the number. If they do fraudulently add something to your account, without permission, EE can take them to court. Please please advise all relatives and friends.

They verified my details, knew my name and every handset/plan I already had, and after a brief chat, concluded that I didnt need anything. I get these kind of calls 1-2 a year. They are a telesales company likely working with EE. There is a lot of negative comments, but this is the way the capitalist world you live in works. Accept you will get these calls, people trying to sell your something.

Hi all, just to let you know this number is from Inter-act CC. the call centre is based in Wigan and the head office is in Thames. Inter-act is a partner with EE and do outsourcing for them, a lot of people get worried about their calls since it just comes up as a random number or says suspected spam but they have multiple campaigns such as the Additional Lines campaign, Pay As You Go campaign, NOAH campaign and a Home Broadband specialist team. They have direct access to EE's systems and can see your password, address, full name and all details related to your phone and usage. When they ask for your full name or 2 characters of your password it's so they know who they are speaking to since it is the law to do so. They aren't a scam and are not going to ask for any bank details if an offer does sound good to you. :)

Called a service user I support, I asked for some thinking time for the SU and for a number to call back on if interested, if they didn't hear from us to view it as not interested. Looked up number online and read all this. Glad I did. Stated from EE, but no proof they are! Be careful, people, who you five information out to!

They called me telling me they were EE and told me from my records they could see I was using over my package in data which was correct. I thought only EE had access to this data so I thought nothing of it. They told me they’d be giving me an extra 10gb of data for £8 extra on top of my bill. Couple of weeks later I randomly get an EE internet device I never asked for? They’d also opened a new contract in my name with another number for 2 years of 10gb of data. After several angry calls to EE they finally agreed to give me the data + the hotspot for free as I never agreed to have my details shared, nor did I buy my phone from the carephone warehouse. They refused to cancel the contract though. Not happy with EE, stay away from this number.

Spoke to someone who called on this number reporting they were calling from ee. Appeared to know details of my account. Offered three separate offers which I declined. Was not suspicious as the gentleman was very polite and courteous at all times, however received two further calls today. First one I answered and when I said I was at work she kept talking. 2nd u left unansweref. A bit of a nuisance so I have now blocked the number

Called me, i said i was at work. The seemed to have copied down the script EE telesales use but EE always let you go if you say you're at work. She wouldnt let me go. Andorid said the company was called "Thame", it would normally say EE. Definite trap. Was fairly convincing though. Always remember, EE have your payment details they will not ask for them ever again. So never give them over the phone to someone who calls you.

I nearly fell for this one, they called me about an upgrade on a split sim i have in an iPad, they were trying to get me to take out a wifi device for my car because i spend a lot of time out on the road, they said i could save data by doing this so i asked how my data usage for last 3 months and it was 10gb, 14gb and 12gb. i am on a 25gb bundle so i asked how it would save me money when im not even using my allowance. He replied with ''because you can connect more than one device" which makes no sense on how it would save me money but ok!! they have since called me twice a day for around a week. Avoid signing up to any deals with them and they are very pushy sales people, not looking to save you money but hit their commission.

They called me today to tell me that they're ringing from EE and that as a valued customer they've added some free packages to my account, but to explain what they are they needed security details from me. They asked for my full name, and I stopped them there, to tell them that if they're calling me from EE they should have my full details, and I won't give out any data over the phone unless I've called EE purposefully. They hastily finished the call.

This is a company Called Interact. I had a call from this number yesterday as I was driving, they said they were from EE who I have my phone with and asked me for the usual security questions including 2 letters from my security password exactly as EE does, the girl then told me about several offers they had on phones and tablets which I said I didn't want as I'm reducing down my phone line after Christmas as I have a company phone. When I checked my account this morning on the EE app I've found that she has added another line with 20gb of data which will cost me £60.99 a month extra. I never asked for this and don't want it. When I called EE this morning they have told me that they are a company operating on their behalf like Carphone warehouse do selling phones and there is nothing they can do. Apparently I have an iPhone 6s on its way and the only way to stop this is to refuse the phone when it arrives on Monday. They are extremely convincing and say they are from EE and have your account details and obviously have access to the EE customer service telephone system. I have asked EE to raise a fraud case against them as this is obviously fraudulent selling and will be taking this further. To say I'm angry about this is an understatement. I'm not the type to fall for the usual stupid scams but this is not a usual scam, they are a company selling phones, signing people up to things they never ask for and don't want. Please please block this number 01844 398609 as you can't phone it back. I will be getting the contact details of the company and getting in touch directly and giving them a price of my mind. Please feel free to share this as much as you can. Update. The company is called Interact and this is a list of telephone numbers from EE that they have given me from their contact list for them. You can't phone any of them but block them all if you can. 01844 398 612 01844 398 611 01844 398 610 01844 398 609 01844 398 604

Claimed to be calling from EE, and they wanted to discuss offers. She asked for 2 letters from my password to confirm my identify, I wasn't comfortable giving this away to a random caller, and when I refused to give this away she said she could ask me another security question. She asked the amount of my last bill, and I told her I couldn't recall exactly. She said this wasn't a problem and she could go through the offers with me anyway. (Great security procedures whoever you are). She then asked what sort of handset I had, and at that point it was pretty clear she was nothing to do with EE, because if 6S isn't on my account record then I'm very concerned about their record-keeping. I would avoid this company as they are pretty clearly trying to sell something, and they are not who they claim to be.
