Constantly calling, I get at least 2-3 calls a day. Been advised my number would be removed from their list. This doesn't happen and the calls continue.

EDF had tried my landline a few times before getting through on my mobile on the second attempt. Bothe those numbers are genuine details held about me by EDF. The call was to schedule the fitting of a smart meter. Rating would be 1 if they left an answer message rather than just ringing off.

Caller said they were from EDF and they required my personnel information before they could talk to me, I refused, the caller was not happy and I ended the call. Have now changed my phone details on my electric account and phoned 0800 4080810 to remove my number from their system. The call came from a very busy call centre. I have no idea how this untrustworthy company has my telephone number, they have been ringing me for several months on my landline today it was on my mobile.

Got a call from this number, from a company working on behalf of EDF and the call was to organise for an engineer to come out to my property and fit a smart meter. The guy I spoke to was lovely, I can't complain!

This number calls me 5 times a day, each time i spend about 10 mins winding them up by talking utter bo11ocks to them. Then i looked them up online and you can call their parent company "Parseq" on this number 0191 525 7000. i've just been dialling the number and hanging up when they pick up. If they are going to bombard me with telemarketing, i'm just giong to call and call them until they dont pick up the phone anymore

Aggressive impersonator pretending to be EDF and wanting to gain entry to your house for allegedly smart meter installation. Sounds like a scam. There were no documentation or any arrangements with EDF regarding this.

This is an EDF proxy called 2 Touch. Sh**bags who essentially harrass you to switch back (in my case) as if it was the only guaranteed way to snag a sale. Email EDF boss and tell him what you think of his outsourced teams of hucksters at [email protected] Also, show them you mean business by changing suppliers.

A caller rang on my mobile claiming to be from EDF Energy but then it is not an official EDF Energy number. I recently moved house and she wanted to know all sorts of info about me. Which I did not give. When I asked her to tell me what the last 3 digits of my new or old EDF account was...she said she couldn't tell me. No one should speak to anyone over the phone about this sort of stuff!!!!

said he was from partec on behalf of EDF gave number as 0191 525 7000 checked 1471 01914265432 - I am registered with TPS just made a complaint on line - do not trust they will remove you - register with TPS and report them all!!!

This number calls us every day. They are calling from a number that seems to dial from outside the UK ( probably to get round the TPS rules). I called the landline version of the number 01914265432 and got an American voiced automated machine telling me that the number is not in service. Might try the email EDF route or report to TPS

Got 20 missed calls from this number yesterday and then it suddenly stopped at about 6pm (when they finished work for the day!). Started again just now, so they must start a 10am! I'm gonna thump them bloody hard if I walk past their office today. Look out staff you are being watched ;-)

Call from a British-sounding telemarketer claiming to call from EDF. Clearly in a busy call centre - lots of noise in the background, difficult to hear him. Says he wants to "discuss how EDF could give me a better tariff" for my electricity. Told him that I don't wish to discuss this on the phone, asked to send details by post. He still wanted to talk. Told him this was bad timing, and asked him again to send details in the post. He said he'd call in the evening instead, at which point I made it quite clear that I don't want him to call me at all, asked (for the third time) to send me details in the post and hung up on him.

I noticed that these rang my landline and like every call i don't recognise i don't pick up. So i google the name, i googled them yesterday afternoon and since i have had 5 calls from them. i would recommend to answer and ask to be taken off the caller list or block the number if your phone is able too. A bunch of low life people that can't find anything better to do.

This is a telemarketing company called 2Touch they represent EDF Energy if you are getting pestered with calls from them I suggest you call EDF complaints dept on 0800-051-1643 they will sort it for you but may take up to 28 days

A number of phone calls over a few days, decided to answer it & of course, telemarketing. But actually the lady was very pleasant, went on to explain the better tariff available on my account and my bill has now been reduced by £32 per month, so although annoying, for me it might be worth it!
